A stunning example from these collections is Charles Bateson's classic lamps. They take their influence from the grand masters of early 20th century design. The first in the collection to be presented is the Cage Lamp. The sculptural form is enhanced by a decorative crystal ball within the base, while a simple tapered drum shade with a gold lining completes the look and ensures a warm glow in cast. Thomas Griem studied architecture in Berlin and London and since 2011 he has become a design and style leader with award winning client projects in London, Paris, New York & Hong Kong. His collection is as beautiful as it is innovative, with geometrically-led pieces providing eye-catching definition to any room. Thomas' 20 years' experience spans from residential, retail and office schemes in international locations from Hong Kong to New York.

His diverse portfolio is apparent in his designs, with striking pieces featuring clean lines and neutral tones. Having designed bespoke furniture and lighting for numerous of my own interior schemes, this first collection by RV Astley is a natural evolution of my design philosophy of luxury, function and quality As an interior designer inspired by classic 20th Century European designers such as Jean-Michael Frank, Andres Arbus and Rhulmann, Charles Bateson excels in creating stunning lamps, mirrors and furniture items that will fit perfectly in a variety of properties, from an urban apartment to traditional space. Known for his use of the best of classic, traditional and contemporary looks, Charles' extensive design experience means that his pieces are an essential addition to any space. I have already placed much of this collection in the interior of a 1930's Art Deco interior within a Scottish Highland castle, though the collection would sit equally well in a urban apartment.
