This place is filthy, restaurants are crappy, the beach and the see disgusting. On top of that it is more expensive than Greece or Spain. One of my Romanian friend told me before going that he was "not rich enough to... We stayed in Eforie Nord for 12 days. It is a nice but very crowded village. Food is interesting and it comes in expected prices (4-8) Euros per person. Extremely high prices for umbrellas in the beach (20 Euros for a family umbrella without drinks). People do not speak any other EU language except for Romanian.
Be careful for hotel... It's a good place for summer holidays. There aren't much to do for teenagers and young people, comparing to other places but it's definitely relaxing and good. You and easily find a hotel or something similar and everything is quite affordable. Each summer the city of Eforie Nord is very crowded, giving you the feeling that every day is a holiday! chandelier napoli fotoLots of shopping centers, all kinds of stores for beach articles, souvenirs, huge pallets of clothing from all around the world, lots of restaurants, bars, coffee shops, theater, hotels and pensions. chandelier pas cher gifiA great place to visit from mid June till...capiz shell chandelier overstock Out of season this is a quite and quaint place to visit.
Despite being a mainly resort town it still has a local and traditional feel to it. It can be extremely cold in winter. It is located on the main Constanta and Mangalia route with easy access to both places and all the towns along the coast. Eforie Nord is situated between Agigea and Eforie Sud. It is a turist attraction especially in the summer. It has beatifull long beaches on the Black Sea shore. It is also situated near the Techirghiol lake, wich is faimous for his miraculous mud used in medicinal purposes. It has many hotels and boarding houses... My favorite of favorites. My place to leave since I was born. The place I spend my nusy and relaxing times... well, just MY place it is the third year we're going to the romanian seaside. This year we made a last minute booking. Searched a lot on internet to find a place which is convenient for a family of 4 and it is not in the middle of the madness. Luckily we have got one (which I'll review later). The "village" is a living...
Is a small beach town with large sand beaches and lots of places to stay and eat. The thing that makes it different from the rest of the resorts is lake Techirghiol, known for its mud baths and the special part of the beach where people can stay naked and have sunbath and swim in the sea. The village itself looks ugly, with chaotically built hotels. The hotel prices are too high for the quality they offer. There aren't really any decent restaurant, only big cantinas (self-service), with decent food. They are OK for a quick meal, but never for a relaxing evening. Most of the people / tourists are poor ones, so this influences the development... We've payed to stay here for three nights but at the end we stay only two. This is not a clasic hotel, little bildings... a lot at nosise for those we had the room at parter. The pool was dirty, wi-fi inexistent in our room. The beach ia far away but they give you a very inconfortable little bus. We went there for a youth exchange program, by erasmus+.
We were there for 10 days, and our bathroom was broken for all this days. The pool was totally dirty. The food was discusting. Our beds were broken, too. The only place that had wifi was the reception room and the restaurant. I can say that it was last days of... In August 2014 I stayed in a double room. The hotel is situated far from the beach, yet you can always use the free bus to the sea or walk to it, as it is not very far. The housekeeping was ok, but the bathroom was more than small. The room was near the swimming pool, thing that was both... The room is fine with AC and big bed but no wi-fi in the room and the shower is extremly old and dirty , I had to wait for towels and toilet paper on the first day like 2 hours. The breakfast is the same each day , The bar by the pool was closed for 2 days , in... we had a room near the pool, and several times a day there was very very loud music. The cleaning service was... rare and just to change one or two towels, never all of them!
(we've been there for a week). Expensive food made with cheap ingredients. Miserable breakfast, just tasteless foods, chip dishes.... It's a great place if you have small kids, they have plenty activities for children, therefore the pool area is extremely noisy, not a place to relax. The bus shuttle to the beach is free and convenient, but the last one is around 5PM, after that you have to walk back (15 minutes) to the hotel, which is not too... It' s not so close to the beach, but that is the only thing that' s not so good. But since this year they get u on a bus to their private beach ! This is awesome because you will pay more for the lounge chair. The pool is the main attraction here, its very big. The rooms are not... We stayed in the a standard double room which is big enough. An inconvenience is that housing is only after 18 o'clock, so I recommend not to arrive much earlier in  Eforie. In terms of housekeeping, this is done every day. The food is pretty good and affordable (breakfast is included in the room price).
