thyra hilden and pio diaz chandelier for sale

This unique chandelier light sculpture casts eerie shadows all around the room to create a truly magical atmosphere. Copenhagen-based artist couple Thyra Hilden and Pio Diaz, designed the Forms in Nature chandelier to explore the effect of being surrounded and overwhelmed by nature. Huge shadows in the shape of gnarled tree branches and twisted roots cover the walls and ceilings all around the light fitting. By adjusting the dimmer to alter the brightness levels, different shadows come and go. Each unique chandelier is 3D printed in a plastic material that resists high temperatures and the branches are hand assembled in a painstaking process that takes three days.Find out more about this amazing piece and Thora and Pio's other work at HildenDiaz.
