Greeted on arrival most graciously, we were surprised to receive an upgrade which made the whole week very pleasant and comfortable. We have gone almost every year for quite a few - cannot remember how many exactly, but we could almost be considered regulars. The hotel and grounds are lovely and create a quite pleasant ambiance. I was very tired and needed a relaxing vacation so I choose Ana Aslan Health Spa. I wasn't there for the first time and I did a good choice: very professional staff, medical therapies mainly based on sapropelic mud from Techirghiol lake, unique of this kind, combined with wellness procedures, anti-aging treatments and facial rituals were quite very good. I am very pleased to hear you had such an amazing stay in our Hotel , enjoying our hospitality,I will make sure to pass your appreciations on to our staff.Furniture old and poorly maintained. The curtain was chewed and had holes. Check in very slow. Music could be heard from the restaurant to the upper floors. The bathroom door was very rusty. After these shortcomings of the hotel, the resort looks deplorable.

I am sorry to hear about the problems you have encountered in our hotel and I have adressed your comments to our indicated heads of department. We try every year to improve... Good hotel with very good health resort. Access to the (semi-private) beach dirty, making the hotel usefull only by its pool. Restaurant a bit expensive for what it offers; however, good breakfast, many choices and good quality. I am sorry to hear you did not liked our restaurant in regards to our price policy, I have passed your comments to our F&B team, so they see where they can... This hotel is close by the train station, but also by the beach. It's a one minute walk to one of the busiest streets in Eforie, which entertains with clothes bazaars & street food. The check-in experience was nice; though they have late check-in, friendly staff ensures safe luggage space, and a quick and friendly check-in. Clean, nice room, but... We appreciate your constructive comments and will pass them to the management head office to see which can be applied for our next year strategy.

The staff is also untrained for their job, they have to consult for a decision everty time you ask for something. Just don't come here, only if you want an awful vacation and bad servicies. The food is mid level and without taste. The staff remained kind, even prior to the arrival, and very helpful in managing the booking process. On the topic of improvements, both the lobby area and the rooms... “Good but could be better” We stayed there for 10 days. Perfectly positioned in the heart of Eforie this hotel is almost the only choice for EU tourist. Very nice pool, spa and gym. 5 stars for breakfast and sea view. The problem is with staff which - apart from those in reception- do not speak English and sometimes they do not try to serve... I have stayed at, and written a short review of this hotel previously, but there were some pleasant surprises during my recent stay at the Europa Hotel.
