And just in the nick of time. Krista looks like she could pop any minute! Thanks for following along and let me know what you think!A couple of years ago I shared my niece's with you. Since then, my brother-in-law built the coolest toddler bed for her and her nursery transformed into a pastel pink, lilac, and turquoise toddler girl's room! My sister is expecting their second baby now so this bedroom will become a nursery once again. I went over to her house to document Tori's toddler room before that happened and because there are so many cute DIY projects and inspirational ideas within this room, I knew I would want to share it with you along with a bit about how she created some of the pieces in the room (or where she found them).

The two-story residence, off the Sunset Strip at 7424 Woodrow Wilson Drive in Los Angeles, has a long upstairs balcony overlooking the pool and mostly white furniture that gives it a chic, designer-done look.

The listing, held by The Agency’s Mauricio Umansky and his stepdaughter, Farrah Aldjufrie, says the exterior has a “Federalist/New Orleans” style, while the interior is “French/traditional.” Anyone who tunes in to “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” knows that Umansky’s wife, Kyle Richards, is friends with Resnick and the reason for her appearances on the series. Before reality TV stardom, Resnick was known for her role in the O.J. Simpson trial and later tell-all bestsellers. The home she recently sold sits on a private double-lot and spans 2,567 square feet with three bedrooms, four bathrooms and no shortage of chandeliers. The listing photos of the closet show off a very impressive collection of shoes and handbags. Resnick bought the home in 2012 for $1.605 million and redecorated it, replacing old-fashioned wooden cabinets and La-Z-Boy-style furniture with Carrera marble and formal furniture in white and gold. The buyer is not named in property records, but The Real Estalker at Variety, which first reported the sale, says it is actor Jack Huston.

Bryan's walk-through of my home prior to the work beginning gave me comfort that all issues would be addressed and permitted. The team that came were terrific and worked quickly despite blistering heat. I have already provided 2 recommendations. We really appreciate the feedback and comments. Enjoy the new lights. Thanks, Bryan Verhulp, CEO Ring Electric Inc. About 2 months ago wiring for installation of electric fireplace Wiring for electric fireplace.

Detailed work needing precision and problem solving. Also 2 pot lights installed in display cases, 2 lights reinstalled. Both exactly as requested. Company ResponseWe were more than happy to take on the challenge. Enjoy the new lights and fireplace. Outdoor wiring for a new pool and salt system From the moment Bryan provided a quote until the work was completed, the service was outstanding. When providing the quote, Bryan noted some deficiencies with my panel that were missed by my home inspection. The company was also flexible. After setting up the work, I decided to purchase some timers for bathroom fans and the outdoor lights. They readily added it to the work at an excellent price. On the day of the job, his crew; Derek and Wade, were top notch. I had a couple of extra questions for them and they checked out the equipment and explained everything to me. They were fast and professional. When they were done, the work areas were immaculate. Thank you so much for the feedback.

Glad to help you out and get the pool equipment ready for the hot weather. Bryan Verhulp, CEO Ring Electric Inc. Laundry Room light switch Had a great experience with Ring Electric. The Electrician was prompt, super friendly and very professional. It was a quick job - replaced an old fixture in a basement laundry room and added a wall switch. He was efficient, did a great job and left the area clean as well. Glad to hear it worked out well. Thanks for the great feed back. Consulted several firms to get quotes for a kitchen renovation I was doing. Renovation had a lot of electrical work including new pot lighting for the kitchen and dining room. Ring electric was the only firm to thoroughly and correctly identify ALL the aspects of the job needed including things I wasn't aware of but were required by code (and I would have been surprised with later). They were by far the most knowledgeable and professional group I dealt with and were extremely responsive before, during, and after the work was done.

Work was done exactly on time and exactly to the quote provided and to a very high level of quality. I will be using them for future work around the house no question and I would recommend them to anyone. We really appreciate the feedback and kind words. We hope you enjoy your new kitchen lighting for years to come. Let us know when you are ready for any future projects. New Panel Install and Basement Wiring/Rewiring From Bryan's original thorough and prompt estimate to the unbelievably professional, excellent, quick and clean calibre of the work conducted by Donald and Ryan, we could not be happier with our choice of Ring Electric. We initially met with Bryan on July 7 and had a comprehensive and precise estimate the same day. The work was done mostly in the basement with the exception of the work done outside installing a new meter base, conductor/mast sleeve, drilling a new access hole to the panel box and repairing an exterior light. The full scope of the project was to: replace our old panel with a new 60 space panel;

install 9 recessed LED lights; run 3 new circuits; fix and split up a few existing circuits; install some new outlets; install 4 dimmer switches; and correctly wire a back exterior light. Donald and Ryan showed up earlier than expected, which was a pleasant surprise, and put in a bit of extra time to finish up the project, which I didn't think could possibly be completed in one day. They navigated the drop ceiling and soundproofing insulation above it with care and there was no damage anywhere in the house from the work done. The house was surprisingly clean when they left and they couldn't have been friendlier, taking the time to answer the questions I peppered them with when they arrived. I strongly recommend Ring Electric to anyone in the Ottawa area who needs electrical work done. Thank you very much, Ring Electric! Company ResponseChristie and Lee, Your feedback is deeply appreciated and we are always more then happy to go above and beyond. Enjoy your new panel and basement work.

Take care, Bryan Verhulp, CEO Ring Electric Inc. Level 2 Car Charger Installed Without A Fuss! Bryan dropped by and gave took a look and quoted me a rate that was half the competition's! The install was painless and professional. A surprisingly reasonable quote and a quick turnaround for both installation and communication make Ring Electric an easy recommendation. Company ResponseVery happy to help you out. This entry did not meet HomeStars review criteria. Why am I seeing this? Ring Electric did an electrical panel upgrade. The service was efficient, clean and executed in a timely manner. In my opinion staff was very knowledgeable and polite and I would recommend this company Company ResponseGalli, thanks very much for the kind words and feedback. Enjoy you new electrical panel.
